Our packing machines are placed in an AHU controlled PUFF Panel room. All our packing machines have metal detector attached to it.
We have facility to do both whole grain flakes and extruded flakes. The facility has state of art machines to maintain the good hygienic and good manufacturing practice during production. And the process line has been equipped with proper controlling systems to produce the flakes at different sizes and thickness, but without affecting the taste, colour & property of the product.
We have well equipped drum drying process line inbulit with advanced control system, to dry the semisolid fluids and slurry preparation into powder form. The entire setup has been constructed in a way to produce the product in a most hygienic manner, without any cross contamination.
We have 4 trolly oven, to bake cookies. The oven has the advance temperature control system to maintain balanced temperature at all its sides. So that it is possible to bake the product without loosing the property of the product being baked during the process.
It is possible to roast & toast all the grains, millets & pulses at required temperature. All the toasters & roasters are equipped with good PLC controls system and it is designed in such way to produce the roasted or toasted grains processed uniformly, to provide good colour, taste , aroma and bite in appropriate temperature.
We have both manual method and automated method of coating systems. This advanced system is capable of coating the products in both slurry and dusting method. Since the coating system is inbuilt with specific control system, it help us to get 100% covering of seasoning / slurry (for both savory and sweet varieties) in all sides of the product which gives uniform taste and color to the product.
The firm has the facility to pulverize all the grains, millets and pulses in to flour, grits at required mesh size, as per the customer requirement. All the grinders food contact area are made with SS 304 grade. And to ensure the food safety, all the flour & grits collection system has inbuilt with magnets.
