Our Packing hall is installed with advanced temperature controlled system (HVAC) to maintain required temperature during packing to ensure the products being packed in an appropriate environment to maintain its quality.
RM storage has the capacity to hold 100 mts of material Secured and well maintained partition to store PM required for process is ensured. All the materials are stored over the plastic pallets, with proper colour coding to ensure FIFO and good hygenic practice in the ware house. Utmost care is taken in storing the FM in a different partition until its despatched. Separate refrigerated storage for special items like dry fruits, seasoning, coco powder, etc
We have good, semi - automated line to germinate all the millets, & whole grains in an aseptic condition. The plant has the facility to control appropriate humidity & temperature required for the growth of the rootlets during the germination process.
