About Us

The Polymer Division of Christy Group was established in the year 2002 with an installed capacity of 50 metric tons of Polyethylene Pouches every month. The capacity was subsequently increased to 200 metric tons of Polymer Products that includes Inner Liner Films and Polypropylene Pouches apart from the Polyethylene Pouches.

Infra Structure

The Division consists of 12 Mono-Layer Blown Film Extrusion Plants, 3 Roto-Gravure Printing Machines with 4 colour printing capacity, 2 Flexographic Printing Machines with 4 colour printing capacity, 1 Flexographic Printing Machine with 6 colour printing capacity and 10 Cutting/Sealing Machines.

Raw Materials

The Raw Materials like PE, PP, HMHDPE are virgin and confine to a system of procuring internationally reputed brands of Reliance Industries, GAIL, IOCL, Lyondell Basell, ExxonMobil and SABIC. The additives blended with the Raw Material are also reputed brands with a motive of ensuring the best quality of products to the buyers.

The Division provides an integrated solution of Polymer Products that cater to various industries like Food, Textiles, Dairy, FMCGs and other General Purpose needs
  • Transparent and Coloured Polyethylene(LDPE/LLDPE) Plain/Printed Pouches of various sizes.
  • Transparent Polypropylene(PP) Plain/Printed Pouches of various sizes.
  • Transparent and Coloured Polyethylene(LDPE/LLDPE) Films in roll form of various sizes.
  • Transparent Polypropylene(PP) Films in roll of various sizes.
  • Transparent Polyethylene(HMHDPE) Inner Liner Covers of various sizes.
  • Transparent Polyethylene(HMHDPE) inner Liner Films of various sizes.


Quality

We strictly adhere to the Indian Government’s Notification issued by Ministry of Environment and Forests dated 14th February, 2011 regarding Plastics (Manufacture, Usage and Waste Management) Rules, 2009. As per this, we shall not manufacture, stock, distribute or sell any carry bag made of virgin or recycled or non-biodegradable plastic, which is less than 40 micron thickness.
The Division procures only Virgin Raw Material and Additives to ensure the best quality output of the Polymer Products and the same is tested and confirmed with the Certificate of Analysis issued by CIPET. The Division supplies around 80% of its production for Food Packaging and all the process and materials used for the same are ensured food grade.
