Christy Quality Foods was incepted in 2008, with a view to leverage our expertise in food processing.
The market was still in a nascent stage with a few players dominating the space. Besides, there was a paradigm shift in the consumer mindset towards convenience foods. The dependence on the traditional 'Chakki' was gradually fading and the consumers were lapping up packaged and clean processed flour like atta, rice flour, besan etc.
With a wide array of SKUs, catering to different consumer groups hotels, canteens, households etc became easy.
